Damages and errors in quantity must be reported within 2 business days of receipt and invoice/pricing errors must be reported within 7 days of receipt of product.
All returns must be authorized by Customer Service within 30 days of receipt of goods and returned within 45 days or receipt. Customer must complete the Return Goods Authorization form. Any return goods received without the Return Goods Authorization Form will not be credited.
Rate of Return Credit
100% of Purchase Price if in saleable condition with copy of Return Goods Authorization Form, Invoice, and packing slip.
85% of Purchase Price if in saleable condition with Return Goods Authorization Form without copy of Invoice and Packing Slip.
75% of Purchase Price if product is within 3 months of expiration and has been approved by Customer Service, with Return Goods Authorization Form, copy of Invoice and Packing Slip.
No Credit Issued if returned product is an unauthorized return.
